Personal Training For Parents 23 October 2009

Yuri trains several parents from our gym in the morning and mid-afternoon to help them get in better shape. They love it so he wanted to extend this to team parents as well. The price is the same as the private lessons ($30/half hour & $60/hour) and lessons can be combined with another person. He is very flexible with times. He can try to schedule some people in the evenings after practices or on Saturdays after the summer. This is not tumbling lessons, it is personal weight training plus helping to set up a specialized diet plan to meet your needs. Please email him ASAP if you are interested.
